He currently serves as the Plant Head in a Circuit Breakers manufacturing facility, overseeing functions related to manufacturing, projects, engineering, procurement, and the setup of new units.
Driven by his passion for engineering services, Navtej took the bold step of leaving his corporate job to start his own venture with a single employee. Through hard work and dedication, he quickly gained a reputation for providing high-quality and fast services, working with esteemed organizations and setting new benchmarks in the industry.

Er. Ravinder Singh is an expert professional with extensive experience in Surveillance Systems, IT Infrastructure, Automation, Digitization, and Electrical System Design. With 20 years of experience, he has successfully contributed to numerous projects, specializing in project engineering, both Greenfield and Brownfield new developments, and MEP system design and execution.
He has been instrumental in overseeing Capex purchases, procuring new equipment, and managing successful imports and commissioning processes. Additionally, he has excelled in designing and centralizing utility systems to maximize efficiency and utilization.
YS Ramgarhia has also led efforts in digitization and product traceability systems, contributing to the modernization and enhancement of operational workflows. He manages the Execution, Drawing & Development, and Surveillance & IT Infrastructure Development departments, ensuring that systems are streamlined, innovative, and future-ready.
